Susumu's date has been a no-show, so he decides to go for a stroll around the Asakusa district of Tokyo to divert his disappointment. On his walk Susumu strikes a conversation with a stranger who wants to become a hair stylist in Tokyo. The man asks if he may practice on Susumu's thick head, to which Susumu agrees.
